Hi! I’m Kristen Motzer, Founder and CEO of Inspiration Made Easy, home of the EASY model for inspiring employees.
I facilitate workshops that enable individuals and organizations to take their existing content and DIY inspiration using the proven, science-based techniques that have taken my own projects to the next level.
I’m an award-winning designer, thought leader, subject matter expert, developer of humans and cultures, and master communicator and coach, with a Mater’s in Rhetoric from Carnegie Mellon University and 20+ years in a variety of industries and cultures, many heavily regulated. Her passion is inspiring others to want to be and give their best to an organization.
